The Manchester Human Services Department's mission is to promote the health and well-being of Manchester residents. The Human Services Department includes the Health Department, Senior Adult and Family Services, Early Childhood Services, the Youth Service Bureau, Nike Tykes Preschool, as well as Community Agencies receiving Town funds, and the Human Services Administrative office.
