The Manchester Human Services Department's mission is to promote the health and well-being of Manchester residents.  The Human Services Department includes the Health Department, Senior Adult and Family Services, Early Childhood Services, the Youth Service Bureau, as well as Community Agencies receiving Town funds, and the Human Services Administrative office.  Click on any of our divisions for information about what we do, how you may benefit, or how you may become involved in some of our programs.
