Welcome to the Human Services Administration Page!

Manchester’s Human Services Department takes the lead in providing programs and services that will benefit its residents. The department provides administrative oversight to the Town’s Senior, Adult & Family Services program, the Health Department and the Senior Center. The department advocates for the disabled, offers a wide-range of information and referral services to the community, works with other social services agencies in the area, and seeks out funds that will provide additional advantages to the Town and its residents.
