Manchester Senior, Adult and Family Services works to improve the quality of life and help maintain the independence of Manchester residents by offering information, referral, outreach, advocacy, assessment of needs and individual consultation on human services benefits and programs. We serve adults aged 60 years and older, people with disabilities, families and individuals 18 years and older needing help connecting with community services. Staff members maintain a high level of knowledge about community resources in order to be responsive to citizen needs and to collaborate with others in assessing current services and developing new programs to fill service gaps.
In our role as conservator, we receive referrals from the Manchester Probate Court and make decisions which we believe are in the best interests of our clients while balancing the needs of the community.
Manchester Senior, Adult and Family Services helps to empower citizens by offering choices and respecting personal decisions and different value systems. Our philosophy is to remain accessible and approachable so that the residents of Manchester and their families are comfortable contacting and working with us.
